“We spend half our lives asleep, so dreaming is as important as our daily lives,” believes James Teng. To provide an intimate space between dreams and reality, Teng envisages a soft, modular system of pillows that can be connected like Lego and tailored to suit each user’s slumber needs. These Dreaming Reality pillows can be made either as big as a bed or as small as a helmet. They also incorporate various patterns and textures to trigger different reveries. In a short, atmospheric film, he illustrates the scope of the concept. Sweet dreams!
