Looking at Flowers
A ceramic picnic set with Japanese influence and fired by the ancient Japanese ‘Raku’ method, the set includes eating bowls, plates, bottles and cups for a picnic for two people. The cups and bottles are packed and carried separately, clasped between two ceramic elements and bound with leather bands which also serve as a carrying handle. This picnic service makes it possible to introduce a different, unusual way of ‘getting out’. ‘Looking at flowers’ is a loose translation of the Japanese term for‘picnic’.
